BANGLADESH, Dhaka, 21st November 2019 - Apurba’s Software Engineer A.K.M. Shahariar Azad Rabby will be presenting a paper titled “Comparison Study: Product Demand Forecasting with Machine Learning for Shop” at the 8th International Conference on System Modeling & Advancement in Research Trends (SMART), India. This conference is organized by Teerthanker Mahaveer University, Moradabad in technical co-sponsorship with IEEE Uttar Pradesh Section during 22-23rd November 2019.

This paper produces a new model using Machine Learning that will aim to forecast products demand by shops. The forecasting algorithms and methods used in this paper are K-Nearest Neighbor, Gaussian Nave Bayes and Decision Tree Classifier for predicting the demand of a product. This new model produces an estimation demand for a particular product which helps the retail businesses.

The 8th International Conference on System Modeling & Advancement in Research Trends (SMART) will bring together leading researchers, engineers and scientists in the domain of interest from around the world by providing a platform to present new advances and research results in the fields of Computational Sciences, system modeling and computer science.
